At this conference, Hu Guangyong, representing the No. 2 Injection Molding Class, and Wen Xiaolin, representing the Assembly Workshop Director, delivered speeches sharing their management insights.
The team leader is defined as "Grassroots leader, high-ranking follower." In the first half of the year, Team 2 from the Injection Molding Workshop stood out, consistently securing the top spot with outstanding performance.
Captain Hu’s sharing was straightforward and heartfelt—no fancy language, no complex theories. Instead, his words reflected a deep commitment to quality control, a genuine care for the equipment, concern for his team members, and a strong emphasis on safety.
Director Wen focused his report on the completion of workshop production tasks, quality performance, as well as the workshop's production plan and the direction of equipment reform initiatives for the second half of the year.

The Production Operations Department oversees all aspects of workshop operations, including production planning, quality control, equipment innovation, and safety implementation. Manager Zhang presented clear, data-driven insights into the achievements made during the first half, with particular emphasis on disclosing the product defect rates across each workshop. Looking ahead to the second half of the year, the department will continue to strengthen efforts in quality improvement, efficiency enhancement, and energy consumption reduction—driving greater value through effective management.

General Manager's Speech
