On January 11, 2025, Chengdu Haichuan Cap Manufacturing Co., Ltd. held its 2024 Year-End Summary and Awards Ceremony, along with the 2025 New Year Gala, at the Dayihe Hotel.
Chapter 1: 2024 Year-End Summary and Recognition Conference
At 8:00 a.m., the meeting officially began with the solemn sound of the national anthem.
In the first part of the meeting, the company’s 2025 cadre roster was first announced. The list of outstanding workers and advanced teams from 2024, as well as those recognized as continuously high-performing employees over multiple years, was unveiled. Additionally, the departments and individuals awarded the 2024 Safety Awards were revealed, along with the short-term improvement and innovative project initiatives. Finally, the winners of the Zhongrui Shares Packaging Division’s Outstanding Team, Outstanding Project, and Outstanding Individual awards were also honored. Each of these award-winning teams and individuals received their accolades directly from the company’s Chairman, General Manager, and other senior leaders, who expressed their heartfelt recognition and high praise for the remarkable achievements they accomplished in 2024.
Part Two: Leadership Speeches. First, Mr. Xu Liang, Deputy General Manager of the company, delivered a comprehensive report summarizing the year’s production and operations. He reviewed in detail the year’s output, quality, technological advancements, and innovations, while also outlining key priorities for the upcoming phase of work.
Next, General Manager Li Xuying delivered a speech. First, Mr. Li introduced the work and performance of the company’s management team, expressing his appreciation for their achievements. He then highlighted this year’s typical quality issues and associated losses, sharing them openly with the audience. Emphasizing the critical importance of quality and safety, Mr. Li underscored that, in today’s challenging business environment, only unwavering commitment to superior quality can help the company secure its place in the market. Finally, he provided a detailed roadmap for the company’s priorities in 2025.
Finally, Chairman Luo Tian delivered a keynote speech. With a forward-thinking perspective, the chairman analyzed and outlined the overarching trends in the future market for bottle cap packaging, clearly defining the direction for everyone to strive toward. He also inspired attendees by highlighting the positive spiritual energy needed to stay motivated, reinforcing their unwavering commitment to working hard together for Haichuan’s brighter tomorrow.
Chapter 2: The 2025 New Year Gala
As we bid farewell to the old and welcome the new, we’ve reflected on the past while eagerly looking forward to and embracing the future. The 2025 Haichuan New Year Gala will officially begin at 10:00 a.m.
At the gala event, employees showcased a vibrant array of self-written and self-directed performances—ranging from dances and poetry to skits and songs—captivating the audience with their passionate acts and earning enthusiastic rounds of applause.
This year's gala also featured exciting prize draws and interactive games, with several awards up for grabs—ranging from lucky prizes to first-, second-, and third-place honors. And of course, the ultimate grand prize took the entire audience to a thrilling climax!
Finally, Chairman Luo concluded the gala with a heartfelt song titled "Faraway Journey," which he personally wrote and composed.
