On June 24, 2021, Liu Zongli, Deputy General Manager, and Dong Chunming, Department Head, along with a delegation of six members from Chongqing Jiangji Winery Co., Ltd., visited our company to conduct a second-party audit assessing our company’s ongoing improvement capabilities and the maturity of our operational management.
At 8:30 a.m., the first meeting of the second-party audit for the quality management system was held in the company's conference room on the second floor. Attendees included members of the audit team, senior leadership from the company, and heads of all departments and workshops.
After the meeting, Mr. Liu and his delegation first visited the various production workshops to conduct a comprehensive on-site audit covering areas such as bottle cap production equipment, new product design and development, as well as control measures throughout the procurement of raw materials, production processes, quality inspections, and after-sales service procedures. Following the workshop inspections, they moved to the conference room to review and discuss relevant departmental software documentation, which included documents and records related to quality management, environmental practices, occupational health and safety, risk control, hazard remediation, and employee training protocols. Company leaders at all levels attached great importance to this audit, while the heads and employees of the audited departments and units provided full cooperation throughout the process.
During this review and discussion, Mr. Liu and his team expressed their appreciation for the improvements and achievements made across several of the company’s products, while also offering numerous valuable suggestions. In response, Company General Manager Li Xuying thanked the audit team and outlined specific corrective actions needed to address the issues identified during the review. She emphasized that all departments and workshops should take this audit as an opportunity to learn from it, proactively apply these insights to similar processes, further enhance process quality control, strive for continuous improvement, and ultimately boost customer satisfaction.
