2021 Year 9 Month 17 From day to day 19 On [date], four experts from Huaxia Certification Center Co., Ltd. conducted a three-day surveillance audit of the company’s “Environmental Management System,” “Quality Management System,” “Occupational Health and Safety Management System,” and “Food Safety Management System.” The purpose of this audit was to refine the company’s management-related policies and further enhance its overall system-management capabilities.
9 Month 17 On the morning of the day, the audit team from Huaxia Certification Center Co., Ltd., along with company leadership, department heads, and internal auditors, convened the initial external audit meeting in the second-floor conference room. Following the meeting, the four-member audit team split into smaller groups and proceeded to conduct a thorough, on-site audit—gathering evidence—from various departments and workshops. At the same time, they engaged in productive discussions and exchanges with the company’s management and department leaders.
During the audit, the audit team thoroughly acknowledged our company's long-standing maturity and effectiveness in system operations, while also offering valuable recommendations for further improving our system implementation. They emphasized the importance of adopting a process-control approach in management—focusing on expected outcomes—to align with the company's overall strategic goals and objectives.
9 Month 19 In the afternoon, the final meeting of the external audit was held. The audit team unanimously concluded that the quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management systems, as well as the food safety management system, are operating effectively. They also noted a significant improvement in the company’s overall management system performance and unanimously agreed to approve it.
