On the morning of July 14, 2018, Chengdu Haichuan Cap Manufacturing Co., Ltd. held its 2018 First-Half Work Summary Conference. More than 400 employees from across the company attended the meeting.
Before the meeting, the company invited professional firefighters from the Chengdu Fire Brigade to deliver a session on fire safety knowledge to all employees, helping them enhance their fire awareness, gain essential firefighting skills, and ensure safety in both their daily lives and workplaces.
At 9:30 a.m., the conference officially began with the solemn and rousing sound of the national anthem, chaired by Du Junni, Deputy Director of the Administration Department.
This year's summary meeting featured the four workshop directors—of the Tinplate Workshop, Aluminum Cap Workshop, Injection Molding Workshop, and Assembly Workshop—each taking the stage to deliver a detailed analysis of their respective workshops' performance in the first half of the year, covering production, quality, and goal achievement, as well as identifying areas for improvement. They also shared their plans for the second half of the year with everyone. Throughout the summaries, the workshop directors relied on concrete data to highlight key metrics, particularly focusing on quality and target attainment, presenting information in a clear, concise, and highly organized manner. Meanwhile, workshop employees listened attentively as they reviewed their teams' output, value-added figures, and other critical data, gaining a deeper understanding of their own workshop’s overall performance.
General Manager Li Xuying summarized the company’s work for the first half of the year, presenting and analyzing the progress toward the company’s overall target indicators. She once again emphasized the critical importance of quality, stating, “Controlling quality through the manufacturing process is far more crucial than relying on inspections conducted afterward.” Therefore, every employee involved in production must rigorously uphold quality standards at every stage.
Finally, Luo Tian, Secretary of the company’s Party branch and Chairman, delivered an important speech. He analyzed the current situation facing the company and emphasized that the company will intensify its efforts in market expansion, stating, "Competition takes place in the marketplace, but victory is decided in the factory." He urged all employees to fully commit themselves to preparing for growth. After all, our customers’ relentless pursuit of product quality is precisely where we must focus our efforts. Only by embracing a spirit of relentless perfection, meticulous craftsmanship, and maintaining a rigorous, pragmatic, and dedicated approach can we consistently deliver flawless products.
